Aaron is a seasoned and versatile business operations professional with over 20 years of cross-functional experience in various sectors, including non-profit, and Facilities Management, Corporate and Workplace Services. He currently leads the operations team with the Autism Aspergers Friendship Society of Calgary (AAFS), a non-profit organization that provides social and recreational programs for individuals on the autism spectrum.As Director, Aaron oversees the organizational effectiveness of employee equity, compensation, human resources, volunteer management, facilities, and information technology. He also provides direct leadership and coaching to seven talented leaders who are dedicated to making life better for young people living with autism.
