Lead comprehensive RFP process which included: assistance in scope development, initial strategy mapping with contract leads, supplier set identification and selection, document creation, tendering, schedule management, scope clarifications and deviations, commercial negotiations, master agreement negotiations, and final awards. Supported contract leads with negotiation and execution of any pertinent change/variation orders to existing contracts.Sourced/identified new suppliers through industry events and vetted supplier sets for main packages through RFIs and LOIs.

Negotiated Long Term Supply Agreements for the procurement of high-voltage electric power system components for rapidly expanding fleet of mobile kitchens.Created contractual framework for new suppliers and large-scale purchases that were previously not present in a start-up environment.
