Emergency Release Response On-Call Services: Supervised 24-hour on-call emergency response activities for several Massachusetts utility companies. Used extensive experience with releases of mineral oil dielectric fluid, PCBs and hydraulic oil impacting soil and groundwater. Worked with remediation contractors and MassDEP to provide oversight of cleanup. Prepared file documents for state regulatory agencies, assessed remedial options and prepared closure documentation. Phase I Environmental Site Assessments: Completed numerous assessments for municipal, industrial, and commercial sites in Massachusetts, Minnesota and Indiana in accordance with American Society of Testing and Materials standards.Geotechnical Drilling: Supervised geotechnical drilling and soil, water and gas sampling for municipal and private clients throughout Massachusetts.Underground Storage Tank (UST) Removal: Supervised UST removal at facilities in Massachusetts. Included the collection of confirmatory soil samples and preparation of the UST Closure Reports.
