I expanded the project management and consulting team with several key hires who helped the group become the benchmark for excellence in eDiscovery consulting. My role also included supporting our sales team with subject matter expertise, CLE presentations, technology demonstrations, advanced training, discovery workflow development, RFI/RFPs, and drafting marketing and website copy.

I joined Precision Discovery to establish a national consulting and project management practice. Starting from scratch in 2009, the practice became a significant source of revenue for the company. As a senior consultant, I acted as the technical representative for clients, participating (directly and indirectly) in meet-and-confers, discovery sufficiency disputes, ESI production formatting, and technology-assisted review protocol negotiations.

As the senior associate, my practice focused on antitrust and consumer class actions, where I participated in federal court trial and appellate briefing and managed associates and 70+ contract document review attorneys. As the discovery lead for the firm, I conducted depositions, technical and legal meet-and-confers, and production deficiency remediation. My discovery duties also included vendor management/liaison roles, production sufficiency analysis and remediation, and document review planning/execution.

As a former trader, I analyzed trading records and trading documentation (In re: IPO Sec. Litig.). I also worked as an eDiscovery Consultant, analyzing productions received for technical sufficiency, as well as responsiveness to discovery requests. In addition to arguing discovery issues to the Discovery Special Master, I also drafted discovery deficiency reports in support of motions to compel production.

General litigation associate focused on securities, consumer, and antitrust class actions, with responsibilities that included extensive discovery practice (including vendor management, production sufficiency analysis and remediation, and document review planning/execution). In addition to duties as discovery lead, I also drafted motions for the full litigation cycle in SDNY and EDNY.

I reviewed and coded documents, and I performed QC of coded documents.
