In this role I serve as the Principal Engineer for client services (MCAS). On my current contract I serve as Tier 3 support analyst and auditor for ongoing deployment of equipment into the production environment.-The current client environment is composed of over 57k nodes nationwide and runs a 5G cloud-native network. The internal environment is composed of clustered virtualization alongside deployment automation and system monitoring and auditing.-During my time with Dell/Advantage XPO I have automated the data analysis of thousands of node configuration audits while also reducing the overall time to resolution for production (on-air) systems from host, through network to cluster, pod and local units.-Provide consulting on monitoring and auditing enterprise systems to achieve compliance and greater overall uptime for client and resultant customer services.
