Being part of something that I believe in will always matter more to me than my salary. What I care about most is to be on a dynamic and exciting team that designs its success based on integrity and transparency, all centered around the primary purpose of improving the lives of its customers. 25 years in the military have given me an extremely diverse professional background that I am now ready to translate into the next chapter. Through both individual contributor roles, as well as leadership and management roles, my background includes operations, portfolio management, program management, regulatory and budgetary compliance, and human resources. I have extensive knowledge of policy improvement and compliance at all levels of the Department of Defense and numerous other agencies, which equates to being a successful and vital addition to any corporation/organization. Yes, I am ambitious, and yes, I want to advance professionally. But all of those goals pale in comparison to my continued desire to contribute to a mission that I don't need an alarm clock to get out of bed for.
