I am both a trusted advisor and an advocate for my clients, ensuring world-class service delivery and marshaling the Cisco talent and technologies required to meet my clients' required business outcomes. I also work with Cisco partners to ensure they meet all commitments to Cisco clients.I work extensively with my clients to keep them apprised of emerging technologies and help them move toward their ideal state. In addition to coordinating Cisco business clinics and providing updates to client-side engineers and architects, I work with each of my customers to produce technology road maps that are individual to their needs.The road maps identify the client's current technology environment and plot the way forward, specifying the necessary investments, the timeline involved, and the ideal technology end state that will deliver the key business outcomes necessary for their organization to thrive.
