During my time in this role, I have been responsible for:- Creating and implementing technical frameworks for project management and search engine optimization, including developing a full-suite of supporting documentation, policies and procedures, and instructional materials to support changes to ways of working.- Supporting data analysis activities by implementing best practices for data hygiene, validation and verification, presentation of visualized data, and drawing descriptive and prescriptive conclusions from data sets. Additionally, I created a set of policies and procedures for managing lessons learned from historic, ongoing, and upcoming projects.- Producing business models and interaction diagrams on technical and non-technical operations, ranging from project initiation and approval requests to phone trees, for a range of stakeholders of varying seniority and technical capability used for awareness and training.- Supporting business architecture and infrastructure by designing and implementing shared drive configuration policies and procedures, data retention policies, and file naming conventions.
