Working initially with CDMV, and then for 7 years with Vet Purchasing (Canada's two largest distributors), Aaron has engaged directly with thousands of practice owners, managers and teams, helping to support practice management and performance by improving their understanding of business fundamentals. Aaron joined Vet Alliance at the end of 2020 with the goal of building out a best-in-class platform of support for veterinary practices across Canada, helping to provide tools and resources needed to empower owners and teams to keep their practices healthy, so that they can do what they do best and keep pets healthy. He led Vet Alliance up to 2024, with a Net Promoter Score of 62, when he exited from VetStrategy having achieved one of the parent organization's highest leadership scores. Aaron continues to be highly active in supporting and reshaping the veterinary industry.
