Aaron Jacobson invests in entrepreneurs building the next-generation of AI / ML, developer tools, cybersecurity, cloud / data / app infrastructure, and robotics. He serves as a director of Second Front, Flox, Crowdbotics, Embrace, Pulumi, Deltastream, Rapid Robotics, Outrider, Tigera, ForAllSecure, and Juvo. He also serves as a board observer at Databricks and works closely with many other NEA portfolio companies such as Martian, Antimatter and Built Robotics. Previous investments include Box (NYSE:BOX), NGINX (acq. by F5), Streamsets (acq. by Software AG), and Illusive Networks (acq. by Proofpoint). In 2016 he was named to Forbes Magazine’s “30 Under 30” in Venture Capital and the Silicon Valley Business Journal's "40 Under 40".Aaron graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Electrical Engineering, and carried a minor in Math.
