ATLAS Application Administrator- an Oracle/UNIX CRM tool used to track new sales comprised of over 3,000 Users. SalesForce.com Application Administrator – CRM tool used to grow and track new and existing business.Analyze and resolve a variety of end user requests including technical support, application navigation, and on boarding of new users, resulting in the delivery of value to the customer within defined goals. Work closely with technology partners and/or Business Analysts to provide clarification for user enhancement and defect. Investigate and document issues and resolutions.Project Management - Completed multiple funnel analysis projects including cost analysis, development, training and implementation. Organized Operational Maintenance (OM) Releases by working with IT team, writing test scripts, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and drafting release related communications within allotted deadlines, resulting in seamless implementation. Develop and lead global communications to end users through WebEx driven conference calls and emails, providing training and fact gathering for future communications. Create, review and provide contributions to training documents educating both internal and external users on application functionality and usage. Educate and train both internal and external customers on application functionality and usage in a classroom setting or one on one training via email, phone, or in person. Created, developed and maintained application intranet sites using custom graphics and design templates utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Fireworks applications.
