I manage the day to day operations of restaurant corporation with 3 locations and over 90 employees. I help manage food cost, labor, and inventory. I create monthly budgets and help manage and improve cash flow. I create monthly plans to help increase sales. I also create development plans for my management staff as well as help groom employees into managers. I also manage the company's risk management program.

I provide customer service support to over 2,000 high net worth clients and 8 Account Executives by preparing information, managing data and producing documents. I also respond to customer requests, and maintain accuracy and completeness of data in the agency management system. Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and edits to various policies for our clients. I also invoice and quote for the Account Executives.

I specialize in fund application while meeting insurance industry standards, GAAP, and Wells Fargo corporate policies. I have to research previous accounting postings and reporting in order to determine the most efficient and proper manor to apply funds. I also work closely with insurance carriers to ensure that all accounts are current and that no funds were due on any accounts. I learned how to balance daily reports to General Ledgers and Wash Accounts to ensure that all of our accounts were in balance at the beginning of the day. I created training manuals to help train current and future employees on various processes in several of the accounting systems that our company uses on a daily basis. When new team members were hired I was one of the employees that our managers look too to train the new members in our daily tasks and multiple accounting systems.
