PENSCO is the leading alternative asset custodian, with more than two decades of expertise in holding private equity, real estate, notes, and other non-exchange traded assets. I first joined PENSCO with the incoming funds processing team. The primary goal was to return this function from an overseas contractor. This included the need to train new employees, and identify efficiencies in posting high volumes timely and accurately. During the next two years, I worked with our Alternative Assets team, reviewing new purchase and sale transactions. For the past year, I have worked with our distributions team, reviewing accounts that are pending account / asset resignation due to being out of compliance. Research on the assets is essential for either distribution processing, or for accuracy in administering the investments. Overall, my experience with PENSCO provides understanding to enhance and integrate effective communication channels amongst the operations departments.

Prepared oral English lesson plans to assist and promote a wider vocabulary, and clear pronunciation.Adapted to new living environments and culture, while learning a new language.Most remarkable was the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with students, sharing our different cultures, experiences, goals and dreams. Our generation is the first to fully appreciate the benefits and struggles of a new "flattened and globalized" world economy. The ability to interact with people of all cultures, or in other languages, has proven to be a specialized skill.

Organizing, promoting, and carrying out fundraisers helped the organization to provide more or better resources to the clients they serve. The service mission in helping children and teens from around Iowa was my true passion. A favorite activity with Orchard Place, was mentoring a young man for the year he was a resident.
