He oversaw the design of the customer and user experiences using human-centered design methodologies, including not only the UX of the digital platform but also the client and user service experiences that extended from sales and administrative setup through user onboarding, engagement, and customer success.He collaborated with the engineering team to design the system architecture, schedule development priorities, and institute agile development practices, he directed the design of marketing communications, and he was key in establishing initial client success and sales operations. Aaron was also intentional about cultivating company culture and practices as the company grew, in service of effective collaboration, efficient communication, and team developmentThe team signed and delivered to a major client within six months and closed a $8.4M Series A raise within its first year.

Much of his work focused on helping corporations craft new business ventures that leverage new technologies, including defining and developing new customer experiences, designing more effective business models, assessing the need for new organizational capabilities, roadmapping future product portfolios, planning for market introduction, and managing internal alignment.Aaron worked extensively on physical/digital offerings in healthcare, consumer electronics, retail, and enterprise software, with particular emphasis on introducing internet connectivity (IoT) to product portfolios.As a part of the Chicago leadership team, he led the studio's portfolio of work in connected technology, organized the ongoing leadership development program, collaborated on studio operations, represented the company at speaking engagements, and led multiple key client relationships.
