He is a reliable fiduciary, holds an MBA from the UVA Darden School of Business, and has a strong track record of leading and supporting projects that deliver strategic, operational, and financial value for his organization, clients and partners. He is passionate about helping children, education, innovation, entrepreneurship, and social impact, and has a keen interest in emerging healthcare and technology that make the world a better place.Prior to his service at the Ronald McDonald House in Charlottesville, he served as the director of a research center at the UVA Darden School of Business. Prior to Darden, he was a senior consultant at Deloitte, where he worked with the world's largest investment managers on growth strategy, marketing strategy, change management, and post-merger operational integration. Before that, he was a principal at MAVERIC and a senior associate at Four Seasons Ventures, two boutique venture capital firms, where he sourced, evaluated, negotiated, and supported investments in various sectors, and served as an interim executive (e.g., CFO, COO, President) for several partner organizations.
