Our company ethos is to 'change the dynamic' of how young people think, through tailor made & bespoke programmes aimed at providing the most vulnerable & deprived young people with an experience full of enrichment & personal development helping them to overcome any barriers to development they may be experiencing. Our team of diverse & highly experienced education mentors are all Level 3 qualified In mentoring & coaching and are passionate about creating long lasting positive outcomes for the young people they work with & to improve the standards of living within our communities. We currently support & work alongside a number of educational institutions within the public & private sector such as Secondary & Primary Schools, Children's Services, West Midlands Violence Reduction Unit, West Midlands Police, Alternative Provisons, Pupil Referral Units & Multi Academy Trusts, working alongside young people through raising aspirations & standards to unlock potential. We are have worked alongside over 50 different educational institutions across the West Midlands covering Birmingham, Solihull & Stafforfahire & engaged with over 3000 young people during that time.
