Native Enterprise Development is a native-owned small business that has served tribes and tribally-owned entities since 2018. We specialize in supporting and strengthening Indian Country by conducting consultative services ranging from strategic planning, business plans, and regulatory programs to managing business operations for tribally-owned entities.

Assisted in coordinating and conducting regionally-based trainings primarily for tribal environmental staff. Presented at national conferences such as the 2018 American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) conference in Austin, TX. Developed materials for meetings with federal, state, university, and tribal employees.

One of two summer associates to join Procopio's downtown San Diego, CA team for the summer. Conducted legal research and delivered documents and presentations under tight deadlines. Met with and assisted a variety of clients ranging from governmental organizations to public and private entities. Handled a variety of legal matters ranging from natural and cultural resources to public policy.

Selected as 1 of 10 Native American students to participate in the Udall Foundation's 2017 Native American Congressional Internship program. I spent the summer in Washington, D.C. working for the Assistant Secretary of Indian Affairs (AS-IA), the individual overseeing both the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and Bureau of Indian Education (BIE). While in this position, I drafted memorandums and conducted legal and historical research on matters relating to Indian Country, traveled to conferences and participated in meetings at these events, met with tribal leaders from across the country, and supported the AS-IA as a liaison on certain matters involving tribes and the Department of Interior's Office of the Solicitor.
