ConXTech produces a modular structural steel system to accelerate building construction. The R&D department uses Agile methodology as they develop the company’s core technology for scaled-up production. • Improved collaboration between R&D and building engineering departments yielding more accurate translation of customer requirements to production orders.• Participated in bi-weekly sprints in a well-organized agile environment.

Mechanical design of consumer electronics and other electro-mechanical devices such as a mobile air quality monitor, smart video conferencing system, home fitness gym, and others. • Generated 3D models (Creo), engineering drawings, and written specifications to define requirements for contracted manufacturers and fabricators. • Provided mechanical design support for development of PCBA's and FPCA's, as well as wiring and connector selection. • Set-up and trained team members to use a benchtop combination sheet metal machine (shear-brake-roller).• Developed physical prototypes utilizing in-house 3D printing (Stratasys Objet260), contracted fabrication, and hands-on craft.

The Orbio Technology group at Tennant developed equipment installed on-site in large buildings.
