A HNC qualified Building Services Engineer I have spent my career honing skills within the MEPsector of the construction industry working up from a Trainee Contracts Engineer to MEP OperationsManager and most recently Regional MEP Design Manager for Jamaica as my first overseas experience. I have worked in a diverse range of sectors such as manufacturing facilities, logistics warehouses, vaccine centers, laboratories, data centers, large scale apartment developments, high rise office blocks and general Cat A & Cat B refurbishments, universities and schools with the most recent experience working within the motor sport and hospitality sectors.I have ensured high standards of workmanship and communication is maintained along with above expected profit margins. Now working for end users profit margins are not the goal on projects but life cycle costing, value for money and ensuring brand standards are upheld.With roles held at Operational level I have added to my Building Services skillsets to include people management and conflict resolution.
