Aaron worked directly with key stakeholders to rebuild the entire IT Department to scale for growth.

Music Buddha was the first digital music recommendation software platform of its kind and the brain child of several well-known music industry professionals including Keith and Ken Zimmerman (renowned authors and creators of Gavin music trade magazine). Aaron built out and delivered business critical services to scale the business and support the software development team.
