Supporting 2,000+ users form every division in the organisation across 5 key systems. Delivered custom corporate intranet site including systems integration and automated KPI reporting for Sites, General Managers, Executives and the Board.History with VisyInitially responsible for the systems development and reporting for the Health, Safety & Environment space within Visy’s largest division (Visy Board).I quickly developed processes and tools enabling the faster collection of relevant data, automated reporting through development of an OHSE database and user interfaces and effectively made the role redundant.Shortly after I was seconded to other areas of the business as a project team member whilst still being responsible for ensuring OHSE reporting and system maintenance was performed for Visy Board which was generally limited to end of month and end of financial year reporting activities.In 2010 Visy appointed a Director of Safety who decided my skills were best utilized at the corporate level – making me responsible for HSE Systems across the organization.
