I am currently developing a mathematical model at the NIH in Bethesda, Maryland, in cooperation with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Our goal is to improve our understanding of childhood growth and metabolism. In developing parts of the world, undernourished children can experience growth stunting, which is associated with a greater risk of cognitive impairment. We hope to provide insights into the optimal timing and nature of interventions, as well as identify specific gaps in data that can be addressed by future studies. My appointment at the NIH is expiring, and I will be available beginning in September 2016. I am looking forward to new opportunities!Check out my website:https://aarongowins.github.io/index.htmlGithub page:https://github.com/aarongowinsBitbucket:https://bitbucket.org/aarongowins/Analyzing America, one row at a time!
