    In 2018 I left GIS to join a small startup in the Chapin area as a web architect. It offered the opportunity to implement a fully Kubernetes based architecture. Along with another architect we fully developed a pharmacy platform for managing the prescriptions of patients and tracking their deliveries based on previously existing software. It has been an exciting time with many successes and few setbacks. This is absolutely one of the most productive and enjoyable times of my career. 

Key Achievements:• Designed, implemented, and maintained kubernetes based infrastructure with many pods and databases using AKS on Azure Cloud Services.• Setup and monitored Twistlock container application security, fixing priority security vunerabilities and maintaining HIPAA compliance.• Designed website based on an existing template and extended the design for use with our mobile application Virtuescript.• Created functional prototypes and implemented website UI using Angular.• Created components for searching places, doctors offices, and pharmacies using google javascript api and Angular.• Created patient management, delivery dashboard, and user management systems using Angular and ASP.net Core.• Created responsive hybrid mobile application using Nativescript for IOS and Android.• Designed and implemented local app functionality for medication alert scheduling and photographing insurance cards for OCR.• Created ASP.net Core API using JWT token based security.• Created unit tests using Xunit for ASP.net Core and Jasmine for Angular.• Created tools and services for integrating and consuming Open FDA medical data sources.• Designed multi-region disaster recovery plan for kubernetes and sql server.
