With over a decade of experience in employment law litigation and consulting, I have developed strengths in advising on employee relations and performance management, managing ill/injured workers (ADA, FMLA, workers' compensation), and discrimination claims. In my current role, my focus is to ensure that the City’s policies and procedures protect and empower our employees.
