As a technical subject matter expert, I was responsible to deliver a cloud migration approach for one of infrastructure services highest priority applications, the ProtectmyTech workstation SecOps analytics engine. I delivered a highly detailed roadmap to migrate the 120+ jobs for ~10 ingested source systems to migrate form a AWS hosted Hadoop infrastructure to the new at the time Azure Data Lake 2.0 platform while advising other projects on their data privacy reviews and operational process design. • Analyzed over ~10 source applications, ~120 analytics jobs, ~100 QlikView dashboards, ~5 consuming applications, comprising > 5TB of data a minimum of 1 year migration, providing a job level plan that allowed for a usable product at each deployment. • The delivered migration plan allowed the elimination of a 9 month post Go-Live validation phase (5TB) by enabling validation efforts to run concurrently with migration deployments as a built in component of the overall plan, saving between $0.5M to $1M • Served as the Business Relationship Manager advocating the Operational Owners concerns and issues to the platform migration team, facilitating the delivery of a migration plan and architecture that was business case appropriate • Enhanced the delivery quality of other projects by advising their efforts to obtain data privacy global legal approval and operational design.

I delivered a completed legal and data privacy review as well as all aspects of the operational transition for a novel workstation security analytics solution, which was a infrastructure services top priority. I served as the facilitator and subject matter expert for the program of the Business' legitimate security interest to the legal team, owning all interactions. As a part of the business alignment team tasked with supporting the department of defense line of business serving the TRICARE contract, I was tasked with performing the project Intake work for new contracted functionalities and driving the closure of government reported issues. Project Intake work required the delivery of completed scope documentation, estimates, initial architecture and initial project staffing plan packaged for negotiation with clients. This was during the enterprise integration of an acquired competitor company. During the integration I owned the closure of gaps and issues via facilitating the prioritized remediation with the integration program. I conducted a feasibility analysis of a proposed free clinic. The analysis identified the various regulatory requirements that the clinic would need to meet before beginning operations. The analysis covered all levels of government from local to federal requirements. Additionally, the analysis provided functional layout recommendations based on proposed workflow and existing space limitations. The free clinic was determined to be feasible.
