At PwC, Mr. Hao gained extensive expertise in corporate governance, internal control, due diligence and financial reporting, all under the requirements of the HKEx, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. Mr. Hao holds a Master of Science (M.S.) from Shanghai Jiaotong University(SJTU), and Dual Bachelors of Engineering (B.Eng.) and Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology(HUST).
