My journey in gaming and esports began at World Cyber Games, where I got my first taste of the competitive gaming world and its potential to unite and inspire players globally. Building on that foundation, I joined Beyond Gaming, where I helped design and implement innovative tournament technologies that pushed the boundaries of competitive play and engagement.These experiences fueled my passion for building solutions that empower both players and creators, leading me to co-found Lightstream. At Lightstream, we set out to remove barriers for creators, crafting intuitive tools that redefined the live-streaming experience. From a two-bedroom apartment, we grew into a company celebrated for its innovation, achieving milestones such as acceptance into Techstars, raising significant funding, and forming partnerships with industry leaders like Microsoft and Twitch. Along the way, we secured multiple patents and navigated successful acquisitions, further solidifying our impact in the creator economy.Beyond entrepreneurship, I’ve been committed to growing the esports ecosystem. As a high school esports coach, I’ve mentored teams to state championships, created pathways to collegiate programs, and built partnerships with local colleges to enhance player development. I’m passionate about fostering the next generation of talent—whether as competitors or professionals in the gaming industry.With over a decade of experience spanning event operations, technology development, and community building, I’m excited to continue shaping the future of gaming and esports.
