Aaron Hayward founded the dynamic Sydney-based graphic design agency Next Episode, with fellow creative director Mike Hosey. Drawing on extensive industry experience, combined with commercial and creative success, Next Episode is an agency built to develop and implement innovative design solutions.In his previous incarnation as creative director of Debaser, Aaron consistently delivered cutting-edge concepts and award-winning artwork for the music industry, and across the varied worlds of books, merchandise and murals/installations. His inventiveness, creativity and work ethic saw him become one of the most respected and sought-after designers in the music industry.Aaron studied Visual Communication at UTS and began his career as a Graphic Designer for Sony Music. He has worked with all the major record labels, and a vast array of exceptional recording artists – such as Empire Of The Sun, Powderfinger, Paul Kelly, Pete Murray, Coldplay, Clare Bowditch, 360, Angus Stone, Bernard Fanning, Guy Sebastian and more. He has won four ARIA Awards for best cover art, enjoys regular features in key print publications, and regularly lectures at Universities and Design Colleges throughout Australia.
