Supported the Director of Football and an ambitous owner to identify players and build a squad able to win promotion from the Midland Football League. The club was unexpectedly reprieved from relegation four months in therefore we needed to be flexible and adaptable, adjusting our planning and begin to rebuild a squad that could win the Northern Premier League - West (Step 4)Short term project which ended at the end of August. The club had progressed to the FA Cup Second Qualifying Round and were 3rd in the league after five games played, with the best goal difference and second most scored.

• Provided opposition analysis for our matches in Southern League Central, FA Trophy & FA Cup, contributing to our run to the Second Round Proper - including a win against League One team Cheltenham Town.• Filmed patterns of play and clipped them to highlight threatening set-play routines, individual trends and quirks to exploit.

• Identified undervalued players - at little cost due to budgetary restraints - with the ability to fit into the current squad or potentially play for the club in the future.• Scouted opposition in the National League, FA Cup, FA Trophy and FA Youth Cup, providing analysis on all our domestic rivals.

Used video and data platforms such as Instat & Wyscout to discover players based in the smaller European leagues (such as the Baltic region) with the potential or current ability to play for the first team in Serie C - Girone B, according to our positional and tactical needs at that time.

Consultancy work for international agencies in Italy, France and Costa Rica, attended exit trials and matched players to club requirements.Sporadically completed scouting assignments for clubs in the EFL, English non-league (Steps 1 - 4) and the Polish Ekstraklasa (live opposition analysis and individual player reports via video scouting). A mixture of academy and first team duties. Clients included Chester, Bromsgrove Sporting, Widzew Lodz, Bury, Hednesford Town and Darlaston Town.

Promoted healthy living and fitness through sport within the West Midlands region via the Black Country In Motion PhD project led by Dr Jade Jackson. Acted as lead coach for sports sessions including multi-sport for disabled people and walking football for the over-50's, futsal for teens at risk of youth crime and excluded from mainstream education, and targeted keep-fit programs for people with a sedentary lifestyle.In my time guiding the Bilston East sessions, we grew participation substantially to the point the walking football branch was able to thrive independently post-conclusion of the project.
