Vice President / CooMcgongile & Hilger Dec 1997 - Mar 2003Chief operating officer of a $6 million per year commercial roofing and sheet metal company. I handled profit and loss and was directly responsible for 50 percent of sales. During my tenure at McGonigle & Hilger we successfully grew the maintenance sales division from less than 1/10 to over 1/3 of operations in three years. During the same time frame we also reduced procurement expenditures by 5-7 percent and developed systems to fully utilize apprentices. My experience included: Chief Operating Officer, January 2001-December 2002; Vice President / Project Management, December 1997-December 2000; and Risk Manager, June 1990-August 1995 (Part-Time).
