My 20+ year career in the Air Force molded me into the dedicated and focused leader I am today. With 15 years of experience in maintenance management and electrical and mechanical hands on I have the skills, knowledge, and expertise to assess, evaluate, repair, and maintain various types of high-tech equipment and systems. As a Master Sergeant and Section Chief, I performed hundreds of aircraft inspections, conducted countless repairs and replacements, and led over 4K maintenance actions. I’m qualified in training, aviation maintenance, and management. My abilities extend to solving complex issues, quickly adapt to changing work environments, and structuring operations. When it comes to leadership, I have a solid reputation for developing effective personnel, spearheading training sessions and courses, and driving performance. To achieve this, I instilled sound fundamentals and methodologies, led by example, and promoted the ability to work as a team and independently.
