Current Organizing, replenishing, and maintaining material, tooling, and equipment for back shop sustainability, supporting 12 programs while leveraging ITsolutions for efficient inventory and resource management. Designed training stations using Auto CAD to improve simulation based training to enhance learning and improve on aircraft project execution. Developed a staging area for aircraft parts, utilizing IT systems to track and optimize part processing, resulting in reduced aircraft downtime anddecrease in loss of parts. Establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs), integrating IT best practices to streamline request and build processes, enhancing overallworkflow efficiency, and material inventory tracking. Introduce new computer systems and programs for advanced project requesting, tracking, and management, improving visibility and control acrossmultiple programs. Facilitate workshops, including Production, Preparation, Value Stream Mapping, and Time Studies using IT tools to collect, analyze, and interpretdata to drive continuous process improvement, quality enhancements, and safety measures.
