I was responsible for all design activities including running workshops, wireframing, user journeys, interaction design and visual design, and contributed to strategic product decisions.• Principality Building Society: Contributed to PBS’s rebrand by designing desktop and mobile pages and components that elicited exceptional client feedback: “Aaron’s concepts followed our design system and patterns and required almost zero work to hand over to our dev partner, which undoubtedly saved us hours.”• NCSC: designed a new cybersecurity service from 0-1 that successfully encourages 46.5% of users to complete at least one cybersecurity test and helps thousands of users identify security vulnerabilities each month. I was responsible for concept development, user flows, wireframing and user interface design.• NCSC: led an evidence-based redesign of the NCSC's phishing reporting service, resulting in an increase in scams reported and a decrease in scam-related support requests.• Agilio: accelerated and streamlined app development — positioning them for growth in the healthcare industry — by designing page templates, components and a design system (including typography, colours and icons).
