I launched http://www.centennial-sports.com in December 2021 covering all Colorado professional sports teams with opinion pieces. I owned the domain and used WordPress to design and customize the website, at it's peak, I was publishing and marketing 1-2 articles a week. As a hobby, I write for PrimeTimeSportsTalk.com covering Colorado sports teams. I am responsible for writing opinion, breaking news, game recaps and anything else I find interesting about the Colorado Rockies, Colorado Avalanche, Denver Broncos and the Denver Nuggets. I write two articles a week, published Mondays and Fridays. I consider myself a huge sports fan with fandom over all Colorado teams, and deep knowledge of all things sports. I was a Product Manager (Product Owner) of multiple tools within Charles Schwabs Supervision and Controls organization. I was responsible for a sales and sales reporting web based application that provided metrics for managers to preform their monthly reviews of their direct reports. Outside of SASR, I also helped manage a Salesforce Access Management Queue, where I moved requests from a front door location to the proper owner of each independent, customized, Salesforce implementation. Finally, I was reposonsible for the software development team's efforts on the internal, thick-client, desktop tool that everyone within Charles Schwab uses, as it pertains to legal, terms and conditions, audit, and any other prefilled forms that could be utilized within the firm. Within this role I was responsible for handling production support, stakeholder expectations, user acceptance testing, internal/external audit findings, quarterly and annual application attestation, organizing and prioritizing the product backlog (utilizing JIRA), and writing detailed user stories and documenting defects for the development team to work on a sprint to sprint basis.While in this role, I became a Certified Scrum Product Owner by attending training. I also attended a google sponsored Product School training on how to expand the role of a Product Owner within a big organization. I attended a course on facilitative leadership to enhance my ability to start, direct, lead and communicate more effectively. I earned my Associate in Tableau data visualization certification in order to implement Tableau solutions to some of our data and reporting issues.

As a QA engineer, I was responsible for finding and recording bugs many high profile Schwab user facing tools. I worked on a web development scrum team, in an agile enviornment. I was responsible for every type of testing under the sun, Manual, Regression, Automation, Securty, UAT, Accessibility, failover, disaster recovery, and many other forms of Application QA. Outside of testing the tools I worked on, I was also responsible for managing our different development and QA zones, deployments, code promotions and our own test data management. Toward the end of my time in this role, I was a QA team lead and taking on some high profile, critical road map projects. My last week in this role, I was rewarded with an STS Quarterly recognition award for my work on my final project.

At NREL we were coding in the Visual Studio Suite using VB.net to create a tool called ALU, a software to be used by third world country's representatives to calculate their greenhouse gas emissions. The project was run in an agile scrum environment, with eight Developers/QA/Managers. ALU was funded by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and regulated by the United Nations (UN) and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). The software has a back end database that we access using SQL and OLE statements. As an intern my job entailed mocking up, coding, and performing QA on all my forms following a set of best practices, agreed on by our team. Our code is reviewed and critiqued by other members of the team to check for efficiency errors and other bugs.

I worked at King Soopers for almost 5 years, I started as a Courtesy Clerk and ended as a Cashier. Towards the end of my time at kings I was trained and worked a little at the Customer Service Desk. While working at King Soopers I learned how to communicate effectively, how to work efficiently in large teams, how to handle big quantities of cash and how to provide excellent customer service. I earned many awards at this company such as Most efficient checker many times (ELMS), Checker of the Period award, and 49 "Highly Satisfied Customer" Customer Survey responses that directly mentioned my name.
