For five of those years, I was the Global Managing Director, working with our teams in London, San Francisco, Singapore and Shanghai.It was an amazing experience to work with and learn from the biggest and most innovative tech companies in the world - Google, DeepMind, YouTube, Expedia, Meta and many other brands.It was at Across the Pond that I discovered my passion for thinking about creative businesses differently. In 2017, we took the brave decision to stop pitching and never looked back. For a number of years I travelled the country looking for contestants for quiz shows. Remember the Weakest Link? That's on my credits. And there were two years on the Richard & Judy show. Working on a live, daily show with television's most famous couple was one of the best experiences and training that I've had.
