• VBA: Developed several macros used in our corporate model. One of these, triggered by closing the file, automatically logs key changes made (along with a name/file/time stamp) with a delta of key metrics to the last saved version. Another example is a macro that changes the view and print settings of our key output data based on the intended user (i.e. high level for the BOD or more detail for other users) with the click of a button.• Dashboarding/BI: Customized workflow dashboard and built reports in Salesforce. Currently creating extensive financial dashboard in PowerBI. • Capital Allocations: Key analyst supporting the decision and execution of our comprehensive capital allocation strategy including fixed dividends, debt, equity repurchases, and ongoing analysis of shareholder returns.• M&A Analysis: Modeled various scenarios and provided pro forma forecasts to the executives and advisers resulting in our $8bn acquisition of Rice Energy in 2017. Assessed the accretion/dilution effects and corporate impacts of various upstream and midstream asset purchases. Provided similar analytical support for other acquisitions including Chevron Appalachia (~$1 bn value), Alta Resources (~$3 bn value), and Tug Hill & XcL Midstream (pending FTC approval; ~$5 bn value). Built a merger model to quickly evaluate combinations with a list of peers.

• Corporate Planning: Created a comprehensive forecast charts model, which compares multiple scenarios, to generate slides regularly used in communications with the executives, the board of directors (BOD). • Financial Modeling: Managed or co-managed the company’s corporate model for four years. Duties included updating the forecast, running sensitivities, evaluating corporate impacts of transactions, building out functionality, and improving model efficiency. • Executive Communication: Led the company Business Plan coordinating with the business units’ FP&A functions. Presented the Plan to the executives who in turn presented to and received approval from the BOD. • Competitive Analysis: Ran various decision analysis projects for the CEO/CFO on an ad hoc basis. • Valuation: Analyzed and presented alternatives for monetizing the general partner of EQM. Produced a DCF valuation model, shared with the banks, ultimately resulting in the IPO for EQGP ($7bn valuation, $700mm in proceeds). Also constructed a valuation model used to estimate returns for midstream business development opportunities (some being > $100mm).• Capital Markets: Managed the due diligence process for multiple bond offerings including a recent $1.8bn issuance. Conducted make-whole premium analysis and provided support for $1.5bn in redemptions. Analyzed financing options leading to a $1bn term loan.
