I have over 25 years of experience working in and consulting for the petroleum, gas processing, fertilizers, chemicals, and engineering & construction industries. I have had roles in process engineering design, research and development, field services, and project management. I have experience in a broad range of hydrocarbon process operations, including extensive engineering and operations involvement with fluid catalytic cracking. My experience in research and development included the development of a xylene isomerization catalyst, which was later commercialized. While working for a major process technology licensor, I was responsible for commissioning several new and revamped process units throughout the world. While serving as a Project Manager, I successfully executed a demonstration plant project for a new biomass-to-liquid fuel process.
