#TeamGSDTeam Get...Scchhhh-tufff DoneWhat started as a tongue and cheek joke back in the late 2000’s when ‘hashtag’ entered the modern lexicon, I used the term #TeamGSD at the conclusion of project team meetings as a way to loosen the mood at the same time as emphasizing what we as a team needed to be focused on. Getting stuff done.Hi.I’m Aaron, and I love getting stuff done.Whether it’s a quick win delivered to an individual or whether it’s a massive initiative involving resources across many business departments spanning long durations; the feeling of getting stuff done and moving the ball forward is a complete charge.As long as I can remember, I have gravitated towards leadership roles as I saw the best way to get the most stuff done was when groups of people working together towards common goals and objectives. From a seasonal foreman role at a small Tree Nursery in the agriculture industry in high school, to a foreman role at a construction company in college, to leading small projects early in my professional career, to leading large strategic initiatives in my many years as a Sr. IT Program Manager Consultant who worked across multiple industries; I measured my success by my teams ability to get stuff done.In my current role I am honored to bring my expertise to help this organization understand the highest business priorities, allocate resources to those priorities and provide direction for those resources to design, develop and deploy highly successfully solutions that maximize the business value back to the organization.I cherish the responsibility afforded to me to spread my passion and influence the organization towards getting stuff done.
