I oversee the imports of both renewal and acquisition data to our system, ensuring that donor information is kept up to date and properly segmented.I run regular reports on donor behaviour, breaking the numbers-based data into information more palatable to our fundraising and marketing teams, seeing what resonates with donors and what requires more work in everything from quarterly appeals to one-off events.Since starting at TKCP I've made a concerted effort with our data analyst and IT personnel to make more of our behaviour data-driven, relying less on inductive logic and more on the statistics and knowledge gleaned from previous campaigns and industry benchmarks.
