With over 8 years of combined work experience in healthcare, pharmacovigilance, and in clinical trials sector, I am passionate about improving the quality and safety of patient care through clinical audit and quality assurance. For my academic background, I completed Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and further studied master's degree in public health and occupational health. I am certified in ISO 19011:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems, and had trainings on clinical audit masterclass, GCP, and leadership skills. I currently work as a clinical audit analyst at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, where I support the organization's mission to provide high quality, compassionate care to the communities we serve.In my current role, I manage a broad portfolio of audits and other quality improvement projects, ensuring compliance with organizational and department policies and procedures, as well as national standards and guidelines. I also provide expert advice and guidance on clinical audit methodology, data analysis, and report writing to clinicians and managers. I enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team, where I can contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practice and patient outcomes.
