Lead Project Architect for the following high-rise condominium projects:- Fairway Terraces (Villamor Air Base, Pasay City)- Aston Residences (Dominga Street, Pasay City)As Lead Project Architect, I am primarily responsible in managing the overall aspect of the project with the following duties and responsibilities:- Design conceptualization and technical due diligence- Project permits application- Design development (from architectural base plans, elevations, facade design, to minute details)- Preparation and issuance of marketing availability plans- Coordination with external design consultants for the development of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary design development drawings and for-construction drawings- Addressing and responding to requests for information and requests for approval from the project construction group- Performs regular project site inspections to ensure that actual work implemented is in accordance with issued for-construction drawings and strict quality standards- Assists the project turn-over group in preparing the project for its occupancy stage
