• Simplified assembly management for Schedulers. Built a nested bill of materials tool with VBA which allowed large assemblies to be explored by expanding subassemblies with double-clicks. Each part in the BOM had summary details about work, purchase, and planned orders, inventory quantities, issues, and other details; clicking on any detail would expand the specifics of the summary detail clicked in a second excel window.• Enabled detailed examination of events driving assembly lead time. Created a highly customizable work order timeline detailing issued parts, labor details, quality issues, and work order location changes. • Reduced inventory requests and increased access to high use parts with a supermarket using the two-bin method. Automated the creation of worklists to guide coordinator work. This process enabled highly detailed shortage reporting on unsatisfiable requirements in that resource.• Standardized information management. Managed a SQL schema, created tables, wrote SPROCS and functions.• Enabled quick access to hard to get information. Used python to run the time-consuming SQL procedures overnight, results were stored in the schema and supported lightweight and responsive Tableau dashboards. • Taught weekly VBA lessons and created detailed reader-friendly lessons plans to enable self-study.

Its members and employees love to get outside and play and know first-hand the importance of quality outdoor gear. My project was to investigate the current mail returns process and propose recommendations for improvement.
