Aaron worked with several different members within the supply chain organization to understand the current state of our returns department and narrow down to specific project deliverables. He met with stakeholders to fully understand the problem and what the future state might look like to them. By shadowing the returns team members, he learned the specifics of how returns are handled and recorded to reach a more personal understanding of the material flow. He struggled within the role of change management during the last stage of his project, but I am confident he learned some valuable lessons which will help him in his future roles as being an agent of change.
