I love coaching people and building teams, and have developed a knack for it in Marketing at Series A through Series C tech startups. Three areas I tend to focus on include creating strategic narratives to align the business, standing up high production/high quality owned media machines, and creating cultures of accountability for my teams using data and clearly defined expectations.For the first 10+ years of my career, I was in enterprise sales, which turned out to be a great, albeit unintentional, investment for everything I've done in marketing since.
