As the AI Program Lead for Xcelerator Academy within the Global Customer Outcomes AdvantedgeAI Program at Siemens, I drive the implementation of AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance customer experiences, improve business efficiencies, and foster development of innovative services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I identify and prioritize AI use cases, establish best practices, and lead the transformation of ideas into production-ready solutions in order to ensure exceptional customer-focused solutions.

Manage the global curriculum team for Siemens PLM Desktop Engineering applications.

Taught online and in-classroom semester courses to graduate and undergraduate students in safety and health as well as safety management programs.Chaired and served as a team member for the University Assessment Committee, which is tasked with ensuring that learning objective and outcomes measures meet the federally mandated regional accrediting requirements for an institution of higher learning.Conducted research in areas of training, fluid dynamics, and safety.While at Oakland University, I taught a number of safety and health related courses including Quantitative Methods (a course I designed and for which I co-authored a textbook), System Safety Analysis (graduate course), Industrial Hygiene, and Risk Assessment (graduate course). I served as Chair of the University Assessment Committee for one year and was on the committee for five years. This committee is tasked with ensuring that proper assessment of learning is being conducted in order to remain in compliance with the accrediting body. Also while at Oakland, I actively participated in obtaining financial and equipment donations for the OSH Labs in the LEED Platinum certified Human Health Building.

CD-adapco is a computational fluid dynamics company with two primary codes: STAR-CD and STAR-CCM+. The company sells and supports the codes and also does contract work. Its really a great place. I loved working there and still enjoy interacting with them on collaborations.
