CurrentReceiving, processing, and inputting information about resources for health and social services into the 211INFO database. Responding to partner agency questions related to the 211INFO database. Working closely with call takers to make sure database information is clear, concise, and easy to read. Special projects and teams: Authoring of resource department newsletter: monthly newsletter to better inform call takers and other staff of various resources in the 211INFO database.211info equity team: planning of semiannual all staff equity training; processing of data from all staff survey; meet with ops team to better understand the equity needs of 211INFO.
