• Asset manager for a combined total of ~138 MWac of solar PV assets located in Australia and thePacific region during construction and operation. Responsible for the coordination of financing process, negotiation and management of key contracts, oversight of construction and O&M activities, management of power station registration process, business administration and regulatory compliance, community engagement and public relations, and ultimately the financial and technical performance of the assets.• Reporting manager to a team of two asset managers across Australia and Japan managing a portfolio of ~199 MWac operational solar PV assets. Developed and implemented standardized asset management processes for the region, refined asset manager function responsibilities, and implemented tools and KPIs to ensure compliance and performance of construction and operational assets.• Deal lead for the sale of the Weipa Solar Farm, an operating 1.2 MWac solar PV asset in Australia with a corporate off-take from Rio Tinto. Managed the sale process, including internal resource management, and negotiated the share purchase agreement.• Business development lead for the successful contracting the first three competitive, post-DLP period utility scale solar PV O&M service contracts in Australia.

As a Consultant and Manager, I performed due diligence services on both conventional and renewable energy assets on behalf of institutional investors and debt providers. I managed due diligence teams of up to 20 professionals across numerous internal divisions, and was responsible for the delivery of due diligence services in accordance with agreed budgets and client schedules.Achievements:- Project Manager directly responsible for $2.1m of budgeted revenue over a period of two years, comprising of due diligence services totalling 5 GW of natural gas generating assets, 490 MW of solar PV generating assets (utility scale and distributed generation) and 140 MW of wind power generating assets.- As part of a due diligence team, performed due diligence analysis for a total of 8 GW of coal/natural gas generating assets, 1.1 GW of utility scale and distributed solar PV generating assets and 640 MW of wind generating assets. Due diligence services provided to support billions of dollars in investments.- Performed construction monitoring services on behalf of construction financing providers for 133 MW of solar PV installations and 138 MW of wind power installations.- Technology due diligence of two solar PV tracking systems including assessment of product design, performance, reliability, manufacturing, installation and O&M requirements.
