Volunteered to shift back in to management to fill a gap from the departing Sr. Director. Since coming on board in operations, I've taken a systematic approach to improving processes for the future. not just finding ways to get things done. Taken major steps to improve efficiency and throughput in the operation. Hired 2 new managers under me who have hit the ground running to make record numbers. Trying to recognize strong performers on the teams while also ensuring we follow company guidelines. "A little bit better every day." I embraced a dynamic role, balancing existing responsibilities with new challenges. My year was marked by:Efficiently processing POs, overseeing inventory, and introducing new ordering systems for maintenance parts.Collaborating with IT to resolve system issues and enhance storage capacities, proactively averting operational disruptions.Led a white label product launch for a multi-billion dollar multinational dental brand, handling packaging, product flow, documentation, product validation and end-to-end product launch. Coordinated with business partners internal and external for on-time deadlines and provided feedback to improve the product ahead of launch. Leading facility management tasks, including installing new logo decals, enhancing corporate aesthetics.Innovating with a 'put to light' sort system for operational efficiency and testing new QA technologies.Supporting team integration, assisting in onboarding and aiding cross-departmental collaborations.Streamlining operations by simplifying SOPs, approving essential documentation, and engaging in strategic planning.Diving into animation and video production, contributing to high-impact presentations and reports.

Handled expansion and growth of the uSmile facility to our new location. Onboarded and trained QA department. Worked on equipment maintenance and qualification documentation. Helped to design and develop initial in-house automation systems, paperwork automation, and improve process efficiencies. Helped with additional product lines and changes. Coordinated with cross-functional teams for order induction, order processing, shipping setup, POs and purchasing of all supplies and equipment, and initial inventory management processes and labeling. Set up MES systems and automation. Created tools for reporting and KPIs. Worked on Database maintenance and updates. Acted as SME on multiple areas of production and processes as we continued to grow .and add new people.

Handled the rollout of the uSmile Aligner manufacturing department through development of training documentation, policies and procedures, labeling requirements, process flows, QA requirements, systems integrations, paperwork and document handling, and various other tasks. Acted as the initial Quality Lead, performing inline inspection, and working through the first MDSAP regulatory audit (resulting in 0 findings). Handled internal software development guidance with the programmers. Worked on initial systems and tools to aid in production.

04/2019 - Took over management of Additive Manufacturing (3D) Operations. Managed a team of hourly workers and design engineers working on FDM, Resin, PolyJet, and MJF Powder Bed based 3D Printing applications and post-processing. Handled Internal and External customers and projects. Certified FOEM Aircraft production facility printing parts for installation in the FedEx Air Fleet. 01/2017 - 03/2019 - Volunteered for NYC Samsung Repair Pilot. Official Samsung repair partner inside of FedEx Office in midtown Manhattan. Oversaw customer facing repair operation of current model Samsung smartphones. Maintained high customer satisfaction and low repair times with a staff of 6-12 employees and contractors.Managed MC95 Handheld 2nd shift operations with 20-25 employees and contractors. Responsible for staff balancing plan and hiring of dozens of new Full Time Employees.
