Canadian Infrastructure Bank (CIB): Hired as the banks Lender’s Technical Advisor, current ongoing consulting role is to provide technical assistance and to assess the technical adequacy and suitability of the Inuvialuit Energy Security Project (IESP), a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing energy security in the Inuvialuit Settlement Region of the Northwest Territories.Deeply committed to supporting the Canadian Infrastructure Bank (CIB) in its due diligence activities providing valuable insights to support CIB's investment decision leading to and ensuring the successful execution of the Inuvialuit Energy Security Project.Local to Tuktoyaktuk and Inuvik, NWT, the Inuvialuit Energy Security Project will consist of a gas processing facility along with a gas-to-liquids processing facility capable of producing motive diesel (synthetic diesel), compressed natural gas (CNG) and propane used to serve local energy requirements for heating, power generation and fuel use.As a natural gas-based source of producing diesel locally, the IESP will reduce the greenhouse gases associated with the transportation of and will displace the current supply of diesel, CNG/LNG and propane currently being transported from Alberta and British Columbia.

Focused on Duvernay gas assets, hired to manage production and facility engineering of all Duvernay liquids rich gas wells and infrastructure in the Central and Northwest Alberta with an overall combined output of 20,000 BOED.Lead role in the 2022 $60 MM, 2023 $85 MM Development Well Pads interfacing with entire multi-disciplinary team, field operations while meticulously monitoring and reporting daily completion flowback and regulating early well drawdown aimed to optimize initial liquid recoveries.Managed a complex setup of 23 Well Pads, 116 liquids rich gas wells, gas gathering system, water disposal facility, and central gas plant.Managed all new wells for tubing and early artificial lift installation, inflow performance, decline curve analysis, and continuous optimization of all wells.Successfully completed a $5.2 MM, 21 Well Multi-Pad Gas Lift conversion, Plunger Lift optimization project which contributed an impressive 1,100 BOED of incremental gas and associated liquids increasing the asset yearly output to beyond 20,000 BOED.Mentored engineers while managing and forecasting production, preparing capital budgets and devising strategies to streamline and reduce operating expenses, and strategies to optimize and maintain plant throughput and sales, new and base well production.

Hired as the Lead Engineer for Conventional Oil & Gas Operations in Southern and Central Alberta managing annual budgets up to $110 MM.Successfully and safely installed 36 kilometers of 4-inch and 6-inch composite pipe, a $6.6 MM sales pipeline project, in the newly established Aurora development field in Central Alberta, a first for EnCana Corporation.As the Lead Completions Engineer, responsible for the successful execution of the $110 MM Suffield Shallow Gas completions program which included the completions of 560 new shallow gas wells including 150 re-fracs and 100 re-completions.Supervising two completion consultants, eight additional consultants, while being the primary point of contact for all well-related inquiries.As the Lead Facilities Engineer, successfully and safely established of a ground-up Suffield CD Station with 16-inch and 6-inch pipeline loops entailing a budget of $14.0 MM resulting in an overall net increase in incremental gas production of 10.0 MMscfdSafely installed a $2.0 MM siphon string well optimization initiative. This involved the installation of 0.7” HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) tubing across 400 wells.
