Hi, I'm Aaron, a psychotherapist who is passionate about creating a more inclusive world for people with disabilities. My work focuses on using evidence-based practices that help individuals with disabilities thrive and lead fulfilling lives. As the founding director of Community Kings, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing young men with disabilities opportunities for connection, camaraderie and growth. Our community access company operates through a lens of positive masculinity, encouraging our members to develop confidence and self esteem through small group and one to one supports as well as short term accommodation.In my role as the founding director of Bespoke Behavior, I am honoured to lead a team of dedicated professionals who have set out to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. At the heart of Bespoke Behavior is our overarching goal: to provide unwavering support to our participants and their families as they embark on a path towards happiness and fulfilment. We understand that this journey is deeply personal and unique for each individual, and we're committed to helping them reach their version of a fulfilling life, whatever that may be.My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in psychology and sociology, a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Positive Behaviour Support qualification from Melbourne University. I have extensive experience in behaviour analysis and intervention planning. I am dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field, and I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure that I am providing the highest level of support to my participants.
