I love building products that help change peoples lives for the better, and take complex processes and simplify them for millions of customers. More recently I have started to mentor and manage teams and have found joy in seeing their own successes, failures and learnings along the way. This inspires me to learn and grow myself! At Vendr, I led our Product & Design teams initially to convert the business from service-led to product-led. As part of this transition I helped with the M&A and Integration of Blissfully which now is the Vendr Intelligence Platform. I built the product team from ground up (1PM to 8PMs), managed the Product Operations group, and helped standup quarter planning processes.At Hired, I led both our Product & Design groups that cover Hired Marketplace (B2B2C), Hired Assessments (B2B) and nascent ML products in Hiring. The teams included Candidate Experience, Candidate Discovery (ML & Ranking), Employer Experience & Assessments Platform.Prior to Hired, I was a founding team member at Simpler which raised $1.2M from A16Z, Kleiner Perkins, Khosla Ventures and other key angels. After building out the service we were acquired by Bebop, founded by VMware co-founders Diane Greene & Mendel Rosenblum. Integrated our product suite and brought a new HR product suite to market that was eventually bought by Google for $380M and came to market as Google Hire. Previous to that I held consumer-focused roles at both TinyCo (acq. Jam City) and Playdom (acq. Disney for $763m) focused in product management & performance marketing around mobile & social games.
